@raphjd Yes - They (Holder then, Garland now) assert Executive Privilege - which is part of what they want to DENY to President Trump & his aides, in any number of Dem lawfare cases. Partisan double standard.

One could accept EP (or not), presidential immunity (or not), classifed handling (or not), & the rest - if only USA had single standard.

Tapes of Biden interviews with Hur are super relevant, because 25th Amendment.

Whole point of Hur Report is, Biden should be charged for his Classified Doc crimes - except he's mentally unfit for trial.

How unfit is Biden? Recordings clear up that, one way or other, in a way transcripts do not.
