Video Trimming

Hey, so I'm trying to edit/trim some of Bel Ami's movies, MenOnEdge videos and others (wanna get to the good stuff!), but for some reason I can't.
I tried using the "RealPlayer Trimmer" but it adds 20 minutes to the selected video, or it just doesn't trim at all.
I also tried using "Xilisoft Video Cutter 2" (btw, excellent trimmer!), but that won't even let me any Bel Ami video, some other movies, and certain MOE videos. Though I did notice that the type of movies/videos that are being a hastle are the ones that are "Video Clip."Is that the problem: I can't edit "Video Clip" movies or whatever?

Take a look at AVS Video ReMaker. It only trims unwanted footage without adding to size. Only does mp4 and avi formats.

If you want to take a bit of time and effort, ffmpeg can do what you want. It can reasonably clip a video with no need to transcode, but you need to do a bit of legwork, like making sure you only start on a keyframe, and of course, using a command line, and learning ffmpeg's options.
