Guy new to bottoming... wants this..

I young friend of mine who was straight until about 6 weeks ago, ASKED me for a REALISTIC dildo with balls on it, which I have gotten for him.
Now he wants a pair of these, so that he can cut a hole in the mouth and feed that dildo into it. The problem is.. I cannot find a pair of these anywhere! HELP!

by the way, he also wants a better dildo for his buddy to use with a strap-on. Are there different configurations for strap-ons? I never saw one other than in videos.
