Hamas's terrible terrorist attacks resulted in approximately 1,200 dead Israelis. Israel dropped more than 6,000 bombs in 6 days (more than the US dropped in Afghanistan in an entire year) on a narrow strip of land.
The death toll of Palestinians is currently over 11,000, with about 4,100 of that number being made up of children under the age of 18.
When do we get to start talking about maybe Israel's response no longer being proportional? There's no way that you believe all of those 11,000 dead were guilty and deserved it.

It reminds me of all the YouTube videos of people picking fights, and then crying when their target hits back. I have no sympathy.

In what way did all of the 11,000 dead Palestinians "pick a fight" with Israel? The vast majority of them had nothing to do with the Hamas attack.
Is it your opinion that Israel is targeting civilians in order to "punch back?" There's a phrase used to describe punishing civilian targets, and its called "war crimes."

AGAIN, this totally reminds me of the video of women hitting men and when the men hit back, the women and liberals lose their minds.
A popular social media meme is "fuck around and find out". Palestinians fucked around by committing a terrorist attack and now they are finding out.
Also, the situation can't be too bad since none of the Muslim countries will take in the Palestinians.

Israel doesn't target civilians, Hamas does.
Israel targets Hamas & THEY intentionally put civilians in front, to take fire. Be truthful now.
11,000 dead Palestinians "picked a fight" when they allowed Hamas to shepherd them into line of fire.
Is it awful? Yes. Were they shepherded at gunpoint? Probably. Is that terribly sad? Yes.
Could Muslim countries end it in 72 hours by a) cut off Hamas funds, b) agree to take Palestinian refugees & resettlers? Probably. But they won't.

Voting them back into power? There have been NO elections for Palestinians since that 2006 election. Thousands of the children killed so far weren't even alive when the election occurred. Some of the adults killed now weren't even old enough then to have voted back in 2006. I'm sorry, but you can't hide behind the idea that the dead deserve what they got because they voted for Hamas.

I agree with you that the killings and kidnappings by Hamas and its agents was a terroristic action and terrible. I don't carry water for Hamas.
However, all of the dead, wounded, and displaced aren't Hamas or Hamas agents. At some point, we have to look at what Israel is doing and say "Enough is enough. Your response is no longer proportional."
