      For those that don't know, a council house in the UK is a welfare house and they can be quite lavish for the right people.

      Also, thanks to the stupidity of Thatcher, welfare scum have the right to buy their council house at an extreme discount of the retail housing market. It's currently 70% but it used to be about 92%.
