@john32123666 I can't think of any guys who got breast implants where it turned out well. Keading was very good as a male.. not so much as a female. Stonie was fantastic as a male, although he worked for awful studios.. got hepatitis from an incompetent surgeon that did his breast implants, and died. @pupkinvasya There are a few people who look like female supermodels, only they have huge cocks. I think they might be some of those very few people who are true hermaphrodites - not surgically altered. in the USA, people born like that generally have their penises removed and they are raised as females. Similary, in this country, midgets/dwarves are either aborted or treated with medications and surgeries to increase their size. Because of that, you find that most little people in movies are from Europe or Asia or India.
