CA gov Newsom 'unexpectedly' vetoes a krazy-Trans law

First, I say it's expected.
Biden is visibly failing - not only as USA president but his health. Biden might be unable to run.
Newsom wants to be Biden Regime's backup candidate - wants Regime to pick him instead of Drunk Harris, Hillary Round 2, or Big Mike.
So Newsom needs to appear kinda "centrist".
So my guess is: Newsom has California legislature craft a Trans bill that anyone would veto; then Newsom can appear halfway centrist when he vetoes it & upsets the Woke-Trans extremists.
Bill would have penalized parents in CA family court for not wanting to gender-mutilate their child ie. for being anti-child mutilation.
CA Sen Scott Weiner's comment:
This veto is a tragedy for trans kids here & around the country. These kids are living in fear, with right wing politicians working to out them, deny them health care, ban them from sports & restrooms & erase their humanity.
