Who does medical exams on a crowd? Your persecution fantasies have grown over like wild weeds. Now you have medical providers giving medical exams to crowds of people.
Offering the medical providers that work in your own facility choices on what terminology they want to use with intersex patients is not the same thing as giving medical exams to a crowd of fascists. What if your doctor wanted to call your penis a "urine-only orifice" because, seeing as how you're gay, there's no biological use for it dispensing anything else. Would you have a problem with that doctor? According to them they're not making up that term, they're simply describing a biological fact. Tell me the 500 different ways you wouldn't have a problem with that

Do you have you even have an idea of how many intersex people there are on planet? It's estimated to be about the same number of people who have green eyes. I'll guess that you didn't know that, or have any idea about it at all. Are you saying all those people who are born with a second hole but who identifies male want it to be called the vagina?
