    Toning muscles without weights and a gym membership

      I run 3-4 times a week for about 45-60 minutes covering distances between 6-8 km per session.

      I used to swim competitively in high school, but has not gone into a pool for the last 3 years (burnout and boredom). I'd like to tone my upper body (a little flabby). Besides situps and pushups, what sort of exercises can I do at home on my own?

      I work 10-12 hours most weeks so have little time for anything else (my running is the one that I can squeeze in since I can do it practically anywhere with a pair of shoes, shorts and running top).

      Appreciate any advice that I can get. Not looking into muscles, just a toned arms, upper body etc.
