Don Lemon was FIRED from CNN.

Tucker Carlson was NOT fired from FoxNews. Instead, they mutually agreed to part ways - which is why Tucker is not getting severance pay (he will probably get some kind of compensation though).

FoxNews basically told Tucker that he had to obey the orders of the executives, and he told them he would not do that - so they amicably parted ways.

Frankly, I can't think of anybody in the news media who is consistently reliable. Hannity blew it recently.

It used to be that news media REPORTED the news without giving their OWN opinions and being mostly unbiased. Today, news media do little more than offer their OWN opinions and are quite biased.

What is your source for this belief? All sources I've seen report that Carlson didn't even know about the termination until 10 minutes before it happened, and that he's hired the same lawyer/firm as Don Lemon to represent him regarding the firing.

          @hubrys

A couple of reports I read said that News Corps/Fox News would pay out his remaining contract; $20 mill per year remaining.

That's according to "a source inside Fox News".

That doesn't sound like he's been fired.

That being said, it hasn't been verified publicly so it could be false.

That's the beauty of a well-crafted employment contract. Even if you're fired, they still have to pay you until the time period terms are up.

Think of it like an apartment lease. If you move out before your lease is up, you're still obligated to pay rent even if you aren't living there anymore.

@Fennekin The evil of Biden Regime? No, not defeated just yet. It'll take time.

But it's coming. Death of USA Dollar & Empire will make it all clear.

Tucker pretty much a hero, here's his first new statement.

                Look for more to come.

Update: So, it looks like prior to the Dominion lawsuit, FOX hired the law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz (fyi, one of the largest law firms and THE most profitable one in America) to investigate Tucker Carlson, his show, and his staff. Looks like it was WLRK's reporting that prompted Carlson's firing. So much for everyone's conspiracy theories.

@hubrys Your comment says absolutely nothing.

                        Typical lib blathering & puffery.

                        NOTHING.

It gives NO relevant or new information about Tucker.
