I came up with the name "Max Ryder", but when I searched for videos of Max Ryder, that is not him. Who is it?

@pupkinvasya omg.. yes.. that is Scout Maxwell. While that is a photoshop, there is a real video of this. Someone enhanced a still frame from it.
