Excessively large file sizes

In simple terms, when you double the resolution, the file size increases by a factor of 4

I see people posting the identical video in various resolutions, such as 360, 480, 720, 810, 1080, and 2160

Now, don't you wonder WHICH of those resolutions is the ORIGINAL, and which are converted to that size? I guarantee you that these 2160 versions are not the originals, and people are fooling themselves thinking they are getting mega resolution.

@lololulu19 There's no way to know for certain which resolution is the ORIGINAL (as you put it), because people are indeed going to take a larger version and downsize it to 360 or 480 for a smaller device. People watching on their phone or tablet don't need an HD-size video...hence the reason for downsizing to a smaller resolution.

...and why can you "guarantee" the 2160p UHD versions are not the originals? Many movies these days DO get released or streamed in 4k, so you can't automatically assume those in 2160p are not "originals". That's not to say some may not be upscaling into 4k, but often someone will say in their description they've used AI programming to do it properly, and as long as upscaling is done correctly it can indeed look pretty good.

@cinemacapman mm... I doubt very much that anything is being STREAMED in 4K, because that would require a mountain of bandwidth for both the sender and the receiver.

Forget about resolution.. I only keep less than 1% of what is uploaded here. Either the performers suck and/or the camera work sucks and/or they add a horrible sound track and/or the performers lack enthusiasm.

BUT.. I'm glad about that, because otherwise I could never keep up with all the scenes I want to keep! I pity straight guys, because there is such a vast OCEAN of straight porn, it is not possible to come close to keeping up with it all.
