I am relating about new posted torrent w/ full details description w/o any issues that have not been snatched,
and someone intend to make a negative comment w/c dissatisfies others from downloading ...
This impact and ruin the life of what is presented or posted instead of skipping and to find something else ... -
The person in question might have already seen the video elsewhere and is commenting on the torrent. This isn't punishable.
If it is targeted harassment, then it is punishable.
