What do I do when there are no seeds?

So, I downloaded this torrent "Black Does White 1-8".
It downloaded 26.7 out of total 37.9 GB, but it hasn't downloaded a single bit in the last week.Should I then just scrap the whole 26.7 GB that already downloaded?
I don't think movies are watchable unless they are 100% downloaded. -

then what you downloaded is useless [scrap] taking enough space from your harddrive ...
Unfortunately there is nothing you can do w/o 100% completion of any file content but to delete it ... -
@john32123666 That's the one. But now that I clicked on it, I can't even download it because I don't have the right D/U ratio. How do I get the ratio if I don't download it first? It was gonna stay in the upload list for at least a month..

You can resume what you have previously downloaded as part of [26.7] ...
If the torrent still reside @ your client or you can re-download here after 24 hours due to D/U rights ...
If your downloads right is taken there is nothing you can do but to resume when your download privilege goes back ...
For the meantime focus on Freeleech to build up your status ...
