Yes, basically...
I was caught up in the whole nofap and self-improvement movement. They could be good motivators to change some habits in your life, but as I grew older I learned more and more that cutting things out doesn't do a single bit for me. I see no problem in porn usage in modaration. That means that it can't influence your relationships, work, ... But if it doesn't influence that: go and enjoy yourself. -
