nome host non trovato

Ciao a tutti, non capisco cosa sia cambiato ma non riesco più a scaricare velocemente , tutti file hanno la dicitura " nome host non trovato" in stato tracker , tempo fa sembrava si fosse risolto modificando il file host in system 32, ma ora di nuovo lo stesso problema.
Poi ogni tanto partono e scaricano.
Potreste aiutarmi ?
