Cialis actually WORKS!

My urologist prescribed me daily 5mg of Cialis (I think the normal dose is 20mg)
Even the 5mg dose works wonders. It is the difference between getting a boner and not getting a boner.
I am not sure about this, but I suspect that if you do not have a problem with getting erect, cialis doesn't do much of anything noticeable.. but if you DO have a problem, Cialis FIXES IT and lasts 18 hours.

Dewaaattttt. And then when you cum it goes away I'm assuming? Or for the 18 hours you can get hard as often as you want?
