So hypothetically, if one of my torrents was to be reported for DMCA, after giving the title and description very obvious red flags for DMCA to find, would I want to reupload and be less conspicuous about it next time? Totally not considering it for the ratio and the proximity to power user status as I'm close to the upload requirement...

In order to be "less conspicuous," many posters in the past have turned to using similar-looking numbers or letters to hide names, ex: 4 for A, 3 for E, etc. This is, however, no longer permitted.

This is true, coded title and descriptions is no longer allowed. If reported, the uploader will have a warning and the torrent shall be remove.
