@eobox91103 Per the redesign / site changes, I especially concur re: the abrupt decline in mid-range boards that were once puttering along nicely: General News, Gay News, and the various "domestic," "social" and "non-porn media" boards. Many are now shadows of their former selves.

The only solution I can advance is if you like to discuss topics like Religion, Health, or even share a Joke, take a moment to post -- because everyone who sees the "posting feed" can take notice.

Oh man... the only reason I ever come to the forums section is the requests section... bummer.

@georgeval820 I used to come to the forums for 3 reasons:
The first reason I came was for the politics section.. but.. the liberals on this site are extremely "liberal" and stirred up so much animosity that it was forcing me to get combative with them.. and that backfired on ME... so no more politics for me!
The second reason was the Requests section... where I could help identify scenes and actors and acquire them... and get other people to occasionally help me in the same way. Now that is gone.
The third reason is RaphJD's charm and 10" cock. He's still got those.. so I still drop by now and then!

Well, since some of us donated quite a bit, why can't we be given the owner's reasons as to why the request section is being removed?

@lololulu19 Hello mr lololulu19, I'd like to inform you that you are not correct in your statement about checking file sizes. The process of looking for duplicate content goes much beyond analyzing metadata, the data itself has to be processed in order to obtain a hash code which will then be used to analyze further files and see if there is a match.

You can have two files with the exact same name and the exact file size in bytes, and they could end up not being the same content.

Same goes for other cases, specially these OF bundles that have been becoming quite popular in here recently, where you might have duplicates that are not what you call a "binary duplicate" because they might differ in lenght, resolution, bitrate and other encoding features, but are still a duplicate in the sense that it's objectively (or perceivedly) the same content.

I just found this post after spending 15 mins looking for a request section, like the other site I'm a member of has, but unfortunately I don't use that site much because they no longer require a minimum ratio so it's gone down hill. Someone had made a post asking, and then someone linked to this thread.

But now idk what to do to find videos of a star I wanna see who seemingly isn't on this site.

Any suggestions?

@ianfontinell while it is true that two or more files of the same size can have the exact same hashtag.. that would be EXTREMELY rare. If two files have the same hashtag.. the odds of them being identical files is well over 99%
Even if searching by sizes is not 100% accurate, it would still be a massive assist in finding identical files.
In fact, I don't care about the hastags.. two identical files with different file names might have a different hastag.. which would throw off my search.
I want a list of all files which have the exact same file size.

To be clear, request section on the forums is closed. Asking the uploader of a certain torrent is he has some other in the comment section of the torrent is still allowed right?

No requests for uploads anywhere ...

As per Site Rule: Requests for uploads are strictly prohibited. This includes the torrent descriptions, comments, forum and shoudbox.

If you let your eyes fall out of focus, the digitized masks on the genitals almost vanish.

HOWEVER.. it always puzzled me that when there was a request section.. at least half the requests were of obscure, unattractive guys - which is why I think only Super Users should have access to the request section.. Which would also be a huge INCENTIVE for lurkers and leechers to BECOME super users.

What's the point of this posting? Did you think taking away the request board was a punishment? Directed at you?

Look, it was explained somewhere - the site owner is being careful that this site isn't "shown" to exist primarily for the purpose of illegally sharing copyrighted material. Taking down "requests" is a protective measure, not a punitive one.

@bomby I miss the requests section.. and I miss the quality torrents. I have a very difficult time finding anything worth of selecting anymore.
