@kalayaan I would love to know what the reasons are.
I would also love to know why there is not a way to search by file size.. because if I have an incomplete file that has a file size of 3,536,198,827 then I am quite certain that there is only one file on the site with that size, so I don't have to go searching for that torrent to complete my partial download.. and also avoid duplicates when I upload.

I understand your curiosity, lolo.
Was thinking it may be related to the increasing number of requests for material from "cam sites," which have become much more active in pursuing DMCA enforcement. Or, maybe I'm wrong.
But as @kalayaan noted, "The owner has his own reason(s) on removing that section." Which is to say, sometimes it makes good sense to keep your administrative or business issues off the website's public pages.
I'm grateful that for a small membership fee I'm connected to so many opportunities, even if it's not every item on my wish list.

@flozen It is extremely difficult to identify performers who perform exclusively on Chaturbate or Onlyfans. The hits on image searches tend to only work on movies that have been distributed.

Does that mean that people uploading Onlyfans content can't upload a dump of over a thousand tiny clips with random names? -
No.
It means they need to properly label the torrent based on the overall content; ie OF Joe Smith collection or OF Kayden123 site rip

Forum death started several months ago with the new software, making things clumsier, deleting topics, etc. Anyone keeping metrics would have seen a sharp drop in participation.
There are lots of forum topics that you can go to.
Yes, but fewer now than before the redesign...or if they're still live, it's very hard to find them. Many disciplines follow the maxim "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." Software--and especially web--designers seem to take an opposite approach: Once they get something working, they redesign it.

@eobox91103 Per the redesign / site changes, I especially concur re: the abrupt decline in mid-range boards that were once puttering along nicely: General News, Gay News, and the various "domestic," "social" and "non-porn media" boards. Many are now shadows of their former selves.
The only solution I can advance is if you like to discuss topics like Religion, Health, or even share a Joke, take a moment to post -- because everyone who sees the "posting feed" can take notice.

@georgeval820 I used to come to the forums for 3 reasons:
The first reason I came was for the politics section.. but.. the liberals on this site are extremely "liberal" and stirred up so much animosity that it was forcing me to get combative with them.. and that backfired on ME... so no more politics for me!
The second reason was the Requests section... where I could help identify scenes and actors and acquire them... and get other people to occasionally help me in the same way. Now that is gone.
The third reason is RaphJD's charm and 10" cock. He's still got those.. so I still drop by now and then! -
Well, since some of us donated quite a bit, why can't we be given the owner's reasons as to why the request section is being removed?

@lololulu19 Hello mr lololulu19, I'd like to inform you that you are not correct in your statement about checking file sizes. The process of looking for duplicate content goes much beyond analyzing metadata, the data itself has to be processed in order to obtain a hash code which will then be used to analyze further files and see if there is a match.
You can have two files with the exact same name and the exact file size in bytes, and they could end up not being the same content.
Same goes for other cases, specially these OF bundles that have been becoming quite popular in here recently, where you might have duplicates that are not what you call a "binary duplicate" because they might differ in lenght, resolution, bitrate and other encoding features, but are still a duplicate in the sense that it's objectively (or perceivedly) the same content.

@raphjd so how, or where do we make requests for videos of spacific people/models/stars without a request section then?
I just found this post after spending 15 mins looking for a request section, like the other site I'm a member of has, but unfortunately I don't use that site much because they no longer require a minimum ratio so it's gone down hill. Someone had made a post asking, and then someone linked to this thread.
But now idk what to do to find videos of a star I wanna see who seemingly isn't on this site.
Any suggestions?
