Power User Requisites?

I can't seem to find them anywhere. I am a donator to the site, I have a good ratio, what else is required of me to be a Power User? Do I need a certain number of forum posts?

Become a Power User. This step is automated as well, after you meet 3 criteria:
You have been a member on our site for at least 4 weeks
You must have uploaded >40 GB
Your ratio is >1.05
