How to MIGRATE your torrents from Utorrent to Qbittorrent

I have thousands of torrents in Utorrent. The problem is.. Utorrent bogs down to the point of being unusable after about 6000 torrents.
Qbittorrent does NOT bog down, and doesn't have the notorious lockups and lost files that Utorrent does.
It would take me eons to manually migrate my torrents from Utorrent to Qbittorrent, but I found a utility that does it automatically.
The utility is on a site that is invitation only, however, that utility has been uploaded to a site that doesn't require any membership.
