Gender bigotry in schools

I've been debating this with the wahmen and their simps on FB and as expected, they claim that it's not gender discrimination since the males can wear skirts too.
It reminds me of the anti marriage equality crowd saying that it's not discrimination since gays/lesbians can marry someone of the opposite sex too.
