The Texas Supreme Court smacks down Dems by ruling in favor of the Speaker of the House.
The ruling says that the Speaker of the House does have the power to authorize arrest warrants for the Dems who fled to DC to prevent a quorum and other refusal's to come to the capitol in attempts to prevent quorums.
