Mologic C-19 testing company bought by Gates & Soros coalition

Mologic, the back of the throat C-19 testing company was bought by a coalition of Gates' & Soros' foundations and/or companies.
The buy-out documents are fairly confusing with the different Gates and/or Soros foundations and companies. One of the foundations with some ownership is Soros' foundation "Open Society" which funds the South American "caravans" that illegally go through outher countries to get illegally into the US.
