He's vetoed 22 bills that have already passed because he claims, he wants the budget passed.
Let's see it from his "logic". These bills were already passed, so let's waste that money because you didn't get what you want when you want.
He even admitted that he liked most of the bills but refuses to sign them because he's a spoilt bitch child who didn't get his way.
