Help me find a short film

Hey guys. So I am looking for a short film I saw a while back. It was about a young boy who lived in a high rise building and had a crush on an older boy who lived on the high rise across from his. There is a scene in it where the boy watches the older boy jerking off at his window and then at the end, they get invaded by these soldiers. I'm not sure if it was part of a Boys on film collection or something else!
