Usually, at least once a day. So at least 7 times per week, if not much more. Sometimes, I'll go several days without doing it. That's usually if I'm too tired, or had something very time consuming going on.

It depends. Sometimes once a day and sometimes once a week. I feel that when you are very frequent it loses its charm, like that area becomes a little insensitive and when you come there is no longer a greater ecstasy.
