我25号上传了一个种子，我不知道是否正常，是否一定要全天开着电脑上传才能批准？？？

我看到你28号加的上传的种子已经上传完毕了，恭喜。
获得批准的时间是不固定的，如果刚好有在检查种子的话，一个小时内就可以了，如果没有，等上一天也说不定，所以最好是一直开着电脑。如果需要关电脑，记得下次开的时候要一直开着。
