Do you mean like how you guys won't prosecute people for shitting and pissiing in the streets except when it's done in front of one of Pelosi's houses?

First of all, everyone should be prosecuted for shitting on the streets, period. But I think we can agree that shitting under the bridge and in front of your doorway are two separate things, right?

Second, comparing shitting on the street to the hypocrisy of appointing  a supreme court justice are 2 complete different things (in order of importance), right?

Keep in mind this is not fact but opinion, but one could wonder if it might be true for some:

That kind of juvenile stupidity is not worth acknowledging.  It's another complete distraction, simple whataboutism.

It's not hypocritical to insist that the anti-democracy Republicans act in a way consistent with their previous actions.  Anyone who can't understand that is just stupid and anyone who pretends like they don't understand that is just an asshole.

The situation is different because Republicans refused to fill a seat opened by Scalia's death on February 13th, months before the elections.  They should follow the new precedent they set at that time, under their own political logic, especially since Ginsburg died on September 18th, with early voting already underway.  Under their own logic, it is even more appropriate not to fill the seat until after the election is over.

They could have held a vote and rejected Obama's nominee and that would have been their right, but they refused to even allow a vote in 2016.  Instead they chose to obstruct the democratic processes in place, consistent with their other authoritarian and fascist behavior.

On the other hand, if Republicans want thirteen Justices instead of nine, it's a good way to add four seats.

Agreed. These people are insanely hypocritical. Mitch has done nothing and even was on a break seating on the covid relief bill passed by the house just not long ago. Here he is within 24hrs ready to hold hearing on appointing a new justice. There should be term limits for everyone

It is one thing to shit on a public street.  It is another to shit on a nation's Constitution, and thus on all of its residents.

It's fair game. Lindsay Graham is going to go along with Trump because he wants to be re-elected. It's a campaign, and in politics in a campaign, nobody tells the truth. Everybody knows the Democrats don't play nice, lie and cheat, so the Republicans are going to remember that. The game has changed. Too bad for you! The dems calling people hypocrites LMAO. You have no room to talk, no stone to cast. What goes around comes around, and that's a universal law, and things change. You get what you deserve.

So we ignore what St Obama of Racebaiting said, as I noted above.

BTW, AOC said we must OBEY RBG's dying request.  My dying request will be to kill all liberals.  Will AOC demand that my dying request be obeyed?

Somehow you changed the conversation from addressing the supreme court appointment to shitting on the streets and now have decided to move to a different topic of obama, racebaiting and AOC. Guess there's no point arguing with you either

My posts about shitting in the streets shows how liberals change their minds within a couple of months, depending on who's driveway gets shit on, because you clowns are whining about the hypocrisy of conservatives.  It's an added bonus that the DA is the child of Obama's favorite terrorists.

I posted Obama the supreme racebaiter's comments on apponting Supreme Court justices.  He flip-flopped, as have virtually all liberals.

I posted on what AOC demanded about appointing a Supreme Court justice.  AOC only wants to obey RBG's "dying wish" because it suits her agenda.  If RBG's "dying wish" was to have her seat immediately filled, AOC would be singing a totally different tune.

Typical liberal who can't see the blatant link in those things.

Who is delusional enough to believe that if Scalia's dying wish was for the next President to fill his seat, liberals would be demanding Obama obey that?

BTW, where is the proof of what RBG's dying wish actually was?  It reminds me of the Lady White letters claiming that Darwin renounced his entire life, especially evolution, saying that he was doing the bidding of the devil and became a christian on his death bed.

Ah, so it's RBG's granddaughter who made the claims about RBG's "dying wish".

Try digging a bit deeper into the whole thing and you will find out that RBG didn't say it, but rather the granddaughter typed it out on a computer and read it to her.  The granddaughter went on to claim that RBG "seemed very happy" with what the granddaughter wrote.

RBG's granddaughter currently works for the ACLU and preveiously worked on Hillary's 2016 campaign.  So no reason to lie, then.

The whole thing reeks of the same stench as the Lady White letters about Darwin.
