No, they aren't  ;D Russia is divided in two parts, the European part, which belongs to Europe (obviously) and Eastern part of the country, which is much, much larger in territory than the European part of the country, they're both divided by the Ural mountains. So basically most of the people live in the Western part and they're mostly Caucasians, people living in Eastern and central part of Russia are mostly Asian or of Asian descent. Anyway, as I live in country where there are lots of Russians, I'd say they differ in that they're typically paler than Northern Europeans and with very dark hair, they also tend to have more redness on the cheeks and lips. Hope this helps at least a bit

Well there are some Russian guys that look "typical" Russian and you can tell that he is Russian at the first glance. Please don't ask me what I mean by "typical" Russian, I have no clue how to explain it.
