Paterson New Jersey; 4 charged with voter fraud

Paterson NJ (over 90% voted Democrat in the last 4 elections) has 4 people charged with voter fraud related to mail-in ballots.
This town is dominated by Democrats, yet a re-elected councilman and a newly elected councilman are 2 of the 4 charges.
It makes me wonder why the would need to cheat if they have over 90% of the vote. Maybe they have been cheating for ages and only just got caught.

Seems like… we don't hear about these arrests too often. But anyone could do it to either party. Don't start a game you may not win. That's extremely risky, but I suspect they don't have much to lose.
