Are here Torrent Maker apps for android phones/tablets?

Won't be using my laptop gor sometime, and I want to improve my ratio so i'mplanning to upload a video or two.
However, I'm just using my tablet, and I can't see any torrent maker on Flud app and I can't open QTM *.*exe file.
Are there any apps you can recomment?
