        There should be a button on the torrent  page to request a re-seed.  It will send a PM to everyone who has downloaded that torrent in the past.  It can take a while for someone to get a message and re-seed if it works at all

          The torrent is above the threshold of seeders so the reseed button isn't active.

          At least that was the case yesterday when I looked.
