How do you purchase from CCBill if your country is blocked?

So I used to buy from MBW but they changed to CCBill, which blocks my country. Is there any way for me to buy from them like a known virtual credit card that's known to work? Worst case, can someone buy for me and give me the link to the download?

You might be able to get around if you clear your cookies and cache and connect though a VPN first.
