Sniffing ? during deepthroating

Hi all!
I've seen in many amateur videos that cocksuckers who perform deepthroating are sniffing a bottle of something that I guess it's supposed to keep their nose as open as possible to be able to breath during the session or calm their throat, I really don't know. Do you (know)? If so, let me know, because I see it more and more often and I can never see its label to tell what it is.
I am about to start deepthroating training soon, so I want to be prepared, if it helps, I guess I'll need it. ;D
