I have uploaded a torrent that was already downloaded a lot, but now I want to delete in fear of this copright bid, if I do that I lose the upload rate I already earned?

No, you don't lose the credit you already earned if you stop seeding or even if delete the torrent from your torrent software.

As already said, you won't lose your upload credits if you delete a torrent.
Upload and download credits never go away.
