Rec-Tube / Files format issues

Well, I was really, really interested on a chaturbate model so I finally opted for Rec-Tube (besides tiping occasionally). The issue is, though, one of his most interesting clips can't never load, and it gives me the following message:
"The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or the format is not supported"
And I don't know what to do with that. It doesn't seem to be any way to fix it. I've seen guides suggest it could be an issue with either my navigator (it isn't) or using adblock (which I disabled for that site). Since the only other option seems to be on their end, you think there's anything I could do, or that is something it will be fixed eventualy?
