Japan has onsen. hot steam sauna usually in public places. not sure though if there are hanky panky in those places.

I went to 24 kaikan before. Not that happening sadly.
Or maybe I myself is not hot enough.Wanna try gate in the next time I am there. Apparently it is a good place for suit fetish.

The original post was asking about a visit in October of the YEAR 2019. For the record, I can't imagine any of these Japan gay men's spas are open today, due to the COVID epidemic.
No doubt, 24 Kaikan Shinjuku (Tokyo) is/was eight floors of clean facilities and hot fun. Their clientele is/was mainly 40 and under, have visited on two trips years ago. There were other, smaller spa options – again, this was pre-global shutdown.
