Two Questions Here! WhatCan I do with Gift Seeds given?

I have 70 bonus points but under gift seeds it says 1600 given how do I use those and how? Also why are they not added in with my bonus points?

Total Seed Bonus is the total number of points you currently have available to use. Everything else has already been added to or subtracted from the Total Seed Bonus.
Gift Seed Bonus is what others have given to you and those points ARE already included in Total Seed Bonus.
Given Seed Bonus is what you have given to others and they have already been deducted from Total Seed Bonus.
Picture, Category Vote, Referer Signup, Forum Topic, and Forum Posts Bonuses are points you've earned with those activities and they are also already included in your Total Seed Bonus.
