My English is not very good.
My ratio is 1.1, Prompt me "Bad Ratio: Ratio:1.105(To Many Torrents.. Your current limit is 15 at the same time. See Rules / To fix limits you could Donat)", but I can't download more than 5 at the same time. Can I help restart my account?
