Are there actually any rules for actual rape videos? I have seen some torrents where it really looks like the person has genuinely passed out and being taken advantage of without consent .. but maybe it was all just be a freaking setup? How do you even tell if it's real or not? It really makes me feel uneasy, but maybe I'm just overthinking things?

Maybe some studios permit their models to become intoxicated and then push them to do things they never would and even when the video ends with the guy crying and begging for it all to stop, they still release it anyway. The world is a fucked up place and porn producers have no ethics.

Gay Theme movies aren't banned for rape scenes.
Fetish videos are porn so it falls under porn rules.
We have a few studios that make fake as hell "rape" movies. The acting is very cheesy
A couple of other studios do "rape" movies, but are sub-studios of well-known studios. So they are trusted when they say the videos aren't real and "for entertainment only".
