My dad never hugged me untill i was 20

@coolcoolone i have never been hugged by my father maybe once when i left for another city and it was awkward.while growing up i havent really seen him show any affection.he never said i love you or i am proud of you even though i was a great student.he would always complain when i made mistakes though.And even though we never got into a big fight there was always a distance between us and our convos would be about general things that i would talk with a stranger about.I believe thats the reason Im so insecure in my adult life and I always search for someone to show love constantly.
