hi, it says when its a free leech , it says it in yellow how much time is left untill it goes back to normal.

It varies.
The person who makes it free leech gets to decide. Personally, I always make them 4 days (96 hours).
Site wide free leech is set by the site owner at certain times of the year, like christmas/new years.
