Files not completing

I have never had a problem with torrents transferring and completing. Torrents posted the same day always came through quickly, and even torrents posted years ago came through within days.
In the past couple of weeks, even the new posts are not transferring.
I almost always got everything I grabbed. Now I have 45 torrents just sitting there in Utorrent at 0% complete. Sometimes I try to request a re-seed, but the reseed button is inactive. -
My backlog of 44 files all got downloaded very rapidly a couple of hours ago. Don't know what the problem was, don't know what fixed it.

Found the solution:
STOP all the active torrents and re-start them.When you stop them, it reveals any torrents which are in an error state.
Torrents which are in an error state but not tagged as being "bad" will jam up your transfers.
Once tagged, they don't cause a problem. Then you can fix the torrents by moving files and re-checking and starting them again.
