Why do I have the feeling that every straight guy start acting different and acting like I am tripping for them and as such start acting important. The fact that am gay doesn't mean I am attracted to just every guy.

Yep I got the same with some friends, my best friends havn't change at all but some of my friends change and start acting like "oh you're gay , i'm gonna take my distance" so it's quite an issue about coming out but just tell yourself that people like that don't deserve to be your friends 😉

its quite normal that people around you would somehow feel uncomfortable especially if they had no inkling about it

It may not even be that they assume you are into them so much as it just changes the dynamic.  Straight men treat women differently, even the ones they don't want to have sex.  If you aren't a 'straight' man then there is some different dynamics going on, and it can be hard for them to adjust.

No, I hear you. All you can do is act dismissively to them so they get the message.

Mmmm, coming out does have that chance of changing our actions and behaviors. From my own personal experience at least, I become much more willing to talk about certain topics. I'm also becoming somewhat less guarded, and both will change people's perception of me.

On the other side, people can very well develop their own false perception about you. They start reading patterns out of nothing. Suspicions started to born from actions that have no meaning.

And new information always have that chance to change a dynamic, yes.

I don't know about you, but if you feel you're not changing in any way, then the most you can do about it is communicate everything on your side clearly.

"Look, I noticed that you seem to act differently around me these days. For example,

It just shows that we still have a loooong way to go, in regards to LGBT acceptance. This should not surprise you. You're not alone.
