Today is Eurovision 2018 final.
Will you watch it ?
I think I will just watch it on replay, some parts of it because it's too boring. Although our commentators are funny and make lots of jokes sometimes a bit racist but well..

I expect a very very low score for us ( France) but the good thing is it's not in english so eastern countries wont understand this is propaganda for more immigration in Europe…

This maybe should go in the politics section since Eurovision is extremely political in the way countries vote.

Maldova had a really weird and quirky song which gets better on the replay. More conventional music lovers will appreciate Cyprus, however.

When they have a competition with Norwegian Black Metal, Finnish Symphonic Metal, a Polish Polka, Rai from France, Israeli Mizrachiyya, German opera, and Italian Opera I'll give it a look. I know the two Israeli winning songs since friends insist I listen to them.

Eurovision is nothing more than a political event that falsely uses music as it's "justification".
Clearly, this year's Eurovision was all about identity politic over geo-politcal events. Vaginalism was the priority over Europe's hatred of Israel (aka pro muslim/Palestine) sentiments.
The UK does poorly in Eurovision because of it's close ties with the US. Who is the US President at the time does play into it, but only a bit. The same with who the Prime Minister of the UK is.
