Sex Between Step Parents and Step Children/Silblings

Has anyone had a sexual relationship with a step parent or step sibling? I am wondering if this sort of thing is common. I've searched on the internet for some statistics, but there don't seem to me any.

It's legally in incest in most places in the modern world, especially if you live in the same house. Legally, it's worse if it's step-parent and step-child, especially if the step-parent was deemed as a parental figure.
Some places allow this IF you lived in a different house and you don't have the traditional family relationship. This is mostly the case where you can marry a 1st cousin.
