Shower Douche

Is there some kind of attachment that will turn a shower into a douche? Perhaps the handheld spray device can be added to or can get some kind of addition for that purpose? Or perhaps there is something that can attach to a tub nozzle or can replace the spray shower handheld thing?
There has to be some handy and convenient way to clean out without an actual enema, but I don't want to shop without advice. What exists, what works, what is safest, and so on? Temperature needs to be stable, for sure.
Please help the clueless (me).

Yes. Just look on Amazon for shower attachments. They come in all shapes and sizes. Some are very discreet looking while others will scare anyone who gets in the shower.

A second the toilet seat bidet attachment. I a shower shot as well, but I find the bidet less messy.

If you want something cheap and cheerful, a company called BoneYard Toys makes a product called the "Skwert."
It's essentially a douche nozzle which is designed to be screwed onto a regular water bottle, but it also has an attachment so you can screw it onto a shower hose and use it that way.
It's handy if you want something multi-purpose and want to spend under $27.
