      Thanks
I haven't heard of this product before and they ship direct to Australia from the UK!
Its about $40 a bottle which is quite expensive - but if it works…......
      I'll research this.
      Thanks again for your reply.

My dad swore by his old world remedy and I can say that he and his brothers all had strong beautiful hair up until the day they died.
          This is all it was.

          3 times a week.
First piss of the morning. Pee into a container and soak your scalp with it. let it air dry and then just lightly rub a wet rag on it to clean the hair follicles but not hard enough to rub the scalp.
Then he would spray a little homemade mint water or rose water on the hair. Just a little to comb it. Wash your hair with non-treated water or spring water and a very mild shampoo (like baby shampoo)once a week.
          That's it.

I'm 23 and started thinning at 21. I started finasteride and it has improved and stopped the thinning all together. It's great.

Finasteride works, 100%. Also, just take care of your hair when younger. Avoid dyes, for one.

That's sounding like a professional recipe!

Keeping your hair short will make the areas where it's thinning less noticeable. Hair transplants are another option but can be very expensive.

Rogaine + Biotin have helped the most. My hair is still thinner in the back of my head, but it's a much smaller exposed patch of scalp. Kirkland Signature makes a good, cheaper alternative to Rogaine that you can get from Amazon.

I read somewhere that not giving a fuck and shaving it all off is also winning, but I'm just not there yet. Maybe next year 🙂

Did you ever find a solution that works for you? I'm 35, and I just started looking into tackling the issues I've been having with hair loss for the past 6 years (I'm lazy af).

Here's an interesting link https://www.the-dermatologist.com/article/1357 that surveys approaches. I can't vouch for its accuracy.

From what all I've read, the only non-surgical interventions for which there is strong scientific evidence are minoxidil and finasteride, and both of those are only known to work for hair loss in certain areas. I started minoxidil this week. I'm not willing to go the finasteride route, as that seems to have a significant chance of coming with sexual side-effects.

Also, saw palmetto is a commonly recommended herbal remedy, but it's not known to actually be effective. I decided I may as well use it since it's known to be good for prostate health anyhow, so I started taking that last week.

If I get to that point, I am going to just keep it shaved and let it go, and start getting into different hats or if I'm really pressed about it, I am going to save up the money and get a hair transplant operation. I'm not going to do the hair kits you buy off the shelf because you'd have to continue applying that crap forever..I will only consider permanent options - go completely bald or hair transplant operation. JMO Good luck.
